Sailing Charters and Cruising Schools

We have five cruising schools and six sailing charter fleets on the Great Lakes, and through our affiliates, many more fleets world wide. In 2001, we certified our 10,000th bareboat charter captain!

What does bareboat charter yacht training do for you? Simply put, completing sailing charter training allows you to charter (rent) a sailing yacht at any of the many bareboat fleets around the world. With your diploma, you can cruise without the expense of a paid crew and go where you wish.

Our program speeds the beginning boater into the whole world of sailing charter cruising, with a carefully structured series of tightly organized drills and tasks. Our grads can be found in the prime charter destinations of the world--the Caribbean, the Med, the South Pacific, and even passage-making on their own boats.
