Deposits & Confirmation:
Reservations made before May 1:
1st deposit - 25% of total charter fee to confirm
2nd deposit - due by May 1, additional 25% of total charter fee
Reservations made May 1 or after:
A deposit of 50% of total charter fee to confirm
Check, VISA, MasterCard or Discover are welcome. Your reservation will
be held for 5 days pending the receipt of your check.
Balance due upon check-in at charter location.
Security Deposit:
A deposit equal to the yacht's insurance deductible, with a $500 minimum amount, is required at the time of check-in. Cash,
certified check, Visa or MasterCard is acceptable.
Cleaning Deposit:
A cleaning deposit of $100 is required at the time of check-in. If above normal cleaning of the yacht or contents is required, the
time will be billed to the charterer, against the cleaning deposit.
Departure Dates:
Charters may commence any day of the week. You may courtesy board your yacht the evening before the charter begins - no need for
motel accommodations. (Applies to charters of 2 days or more.)
Cancellation:
45 days or more prior to departure - $50 cancellation fee or reschedule
with no penalty.
44 to 30 days prior to departure - 50% of deposit for cancellation or
a $100 fee to reschedule.
Less than 30 days prior to departure - 100% of deposit for cancellation
or to reschedule.
Midweek Special:
Charter any Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday and receive a 15% discount!
Fullweek Special:
Begin a charter on a Wednesday and return the yacht the following Tuesday
and receive a 20% discount!
Frequent Sailor Program:
Purchase 10 discounted days of charter. Use them in any combination or 10 separate days. You have a choice of any boat with the same
rate, as available.
